When does my service expire?
For banner type job postings, you can see the active service dates from the MY ACCOUNT page. For membership service, you can call our office at 213-384-1004 to find out your membership’s ending date.
My payment will not go through! What can I do?
Please call our office at 213-384-1004 to receive an One-Time Credit Card Authorization form so that we can push through your payment.
I'm new to the company, does my company already have an account?
Please call our office at 213-384-1004 so that we can check existing account information. Please have your company name, previous contact person's name or email ready so that we can better assist you.
How do I edit my job posting?
You can edit your job posting from the MY ACCOUNT page. Click on BUSINESS tab on the top right-hand corner. When you see the registered job you wish to edit, click ACTIONS and change it to EDIT. You will be redirected to the editing page for all necessary changes.
How do I view received resumes?
You can view received applications from the MY ACCOUNT page. Click on BUSINESS tab on the top right-hand corner. When you see your registered job list, under the ACTIVE JOBS tab, you can click on VIEW RESUMES for the list of received resumes.
